The Student Administrative Council of Lambton College is looking for a current student to fulfill the role of Esports Live Stream Producer during the 2023F and 2024W semesters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of live stream broadcasts for Lambton Lions Esports varsity matches throughout the 2023-24 competitive season.
Job Description (responsibilities and duties)
- Manage the technical aspects of Lambton Lions Esports live streams, including game capture, audio, graphics, and transitions
- Ensure smooth and uninterrupted broadcasts
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Coordinate with the Lambton Lions Esports varsity teams to ensure a seamless and engaging broadcast
- Monitor viewer engagement and feedback
- Collaborate with the Esports Coordinator to plan and execute the overall look and feel of live streams
- Manage the post-production process, including editing and publishing the recorded event
Job Requirements (specific skills, qualifications, personal qualities or areas of knowledge)
- Proficiency in live streaming software including OBS Studio, Streamlabs, Twitch Studio, etc.
- Advanced knowledge of various popular esports titles and their live stream requirements (Valorant, League of Legends, Rocket League, etc).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings regularly and weekends occasionally
Remuneration: $15.50/hour (plus 4% vacation pay), 6-8 hours per week
Start date: September 5, 2023
End date: April 19, 2024
