Lambton College’s Varsity Rocket League team concluded their Ontario Post-Secondary Esports League (OPSE) season Monday evening with a fourth place finish following a loss to the University of Waterloo Warriors.
Week 7 marked the beginning of “Split 2” in the College CoD 2021 season.
The Lambton Lions were among the 278 teams taking part in Sunday’s Collegiate Rocket League Spring Qualifier
The two teams faced each other on October 23rd, 2020, where Queen’s defeated Lambton 3-1 in the best-of-5 series.
Titles available include Rocket League, League of Legends, and Brawlhalla
The Lambton Lions sported a 2-3 record heading into Saturday’s best-of-3 season finale against DeSales University from Center Valley, Pennsylvania.
Week 4 of the College Call of Duty season saw the Lambton Lions square off against the Sheridan Bruins — the league’s #4 ranked team according to the latest CCL power rankings.
The Lambton Lions now hold the #3 seed heading into the OPSE quarterfinals which take place on March 8th.
The study will focus on the impact of mental and physical wellbeing training for esports athletes, as well as these training services and their impact on gaming performance
